Clubware enhances product offering with launch of new version 2.6
The latest version of Clubware, Australasia's leading fitness centre management software, has been released with a raft of new features which will further enhance its profile as the most user friendly product of its kind on the market.
Originally launched in 2001, with version 2.0 released in 2006, Clubware was developed in New Zealand by billing solutions company Debitsuccess. Today, Clubware is used by more than 750 health and fitness clubs across Australasia.
Clubware Support Manager for Australia Mark Ford says that the company is thrilled to release Clubware 2.6, which was designed and developed through the valuable feedback received from users in the fitness industry.
Ford explains "the latest version of Clubware includes improvements in a number of features designed to create an enhanced user experience."
Key updates to the new Clubware 2.6 include:
• Activity Templates: An individual activity or groups of activities can now be added to a member based on a template. The activities have customised due dates and are allocated to particular staff based on the template rule.
• Access Control Integration with Paxton: Clubware is now integrated with a preferred access control hardware provider called Paxton, which allows a secure, convenient, flexible and cost-effective way of controlling which Clubware members have access to a building and when that access is permitted.
•View Debitsuccess account details: A new screen has been added that opens from the account screen to display Debitsuccess account details, transactions and call notes to assist with reconciliation between Clubware and Debitsuccess.
• How To Guides: Links have been introduced throughout the application for quick How To guides.
Ford adds that Clubware's continued development and improvement has grown its popularity with clubs and associations outside the traditional health and fitness space, who are finding its tools and features useful for running their organisations' administration.
