Fitech V5 Exercise technology has been designed to help fitness professionals and facilities create, modify and design professional exercise programs for their clients.
The V5 exercise prescription module offers over 150 full colour graphical exercise illustrations, enabling professionals to produce high quality handouts that are easily customisable and printed in a variety of styles.
The release of the module has been is targeted at helping make exercise easier for people inspired by the recent London 2012 Olympics.
A Fitech spokesman explains "the legacy of the Olympics will be based upon a number of different factors not just in terms of sporting excellence but the stimulus of physical activity and sports participation on the wellbeing of the population."

The Five-week Live Well Program

Each week users will be given an aspect of their clients' health to work on. At the start of a new week users will be expected to add each week's new goals to the ones carried over from the previous week so that by the end of the five weeks, the client should be well on their way to a healthier lifestyle.

Walking Program

An eight week introductory program to get individuals walking at a pace fast enough to elevate their heart rate and thus bring the benefits of exercising at this correct level. It is suitable for all current non-exercisers, people returning to exercise after a long lay-off or people rehabilitating after surgery or an illness. It starts gently by advocating 15 minutes of walking to start with and progressively builds up each week.
