February 21, 2022

Gymnastics Australia has announced a technology partnership with EngageRM with the new agreement providing the Gymnastics in Australia membership database system, ticketing, and a range of member analysis, complaints handling register, business intelligence and engagement tools through its expansive platform.

Following a tender process, EngageRM was selected as being best placed to meet the needs and expectations of Gymnastics Australia, State and Territory Member Associations, clubs and members.

The partnership will see Gymnastics Australia provide a digital solution that will increase capability across all facets of the organisation. The first outcome to be delivered is a world-leading integrity management solution, that will enable real-time monitoring of complaints, to ensure the safe participation of gymnasts across Australia from grassroots to elite performance.

The partnership will also see a significant improvement in member experience, boosting functionality to ensure Gymnastics Australia and its State and Territory Member Associations remain able to adapt to emerging technologies to improve the sport’s engagement and participation levels.

Gymnastics Australia Chief Executive, Kitty Chiller advised that the partnership with EngageRM is a major step in the right direction for the organisation to invest in technology that delivers national synergies, efficiencies, and data insights for the benefit of members and clubs.

“More than ever before, sports are having to adapt their technology to support the needs and expectations of members and fans. Being innovative and creative in the way that you deliver meaningful engagement is critical for the success of sports at all levels,” said Chiller.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with EngageRM as we as a sport, and as an organisation embark on a digital transformation journey to better services our member’s needs. From the beginning, EngageRM have understood the complex needs of our organisation and State and Territory Member Associations and will deliver a system that will not only service us now, but also well into the future.”

EngageRM Chief Executive, Ned Coten, highlighted the extraordinary opportunities the platform would provide the gymnastics in Australia community and noted “everyone at EngageRM is thrilled to be partnering with Gymnastics Australia as their CRM and data technology provider. This is a ground-breaking project that will enable increased participation in a safe environment for young gymnasts from grassroots to elite performance.

“We look forward to working with Gymnastics Australia in the coming years and assist them in maximising their relationships with various stakeholders.”
