INTIX moves to expand internationally with UK office opening

Looking to drive international expansion, Melbourne-based INTIX has just opened a new office in London.
Increasing in popularity among events in Australia, INTIX’s success has been driven through the provision of white label ticketing and membership solutions for some of the biggest sporting organisations in the country.
Working with the likes of the AFL state leagues, NBL and NBL1, A-League clubs, Super Netball League Clubs, Squash Australia and Hockey ONE, INTIX is now looking to take its ticketing technology solution for sports and events to the global market.
INTIX Chief Executive and founder Alex Grant explains that INTIX supports ticketing for all kinds of events but has found particular success in sporting events with its tailored, white-label solution.
Stating that the INTIX solution improves the ticketing experience for everyone, Grant (pictured below) advises “sporting events in particular have enjoyed switching over to INTIX as our automations significantly reduce administration time, our integrations provide a better overall experience for them and their fans, and we are helping organisations drive more revenue through our innovative real-time marketing function.”
INTIX first expanded to international events when it worked on ticketing operations for the Dubai Rugby 7’s in 2021 and have since partnered with events in the UK, USA, Europe and New Zealand.
Damien Griffiths, INTIX General Manager UK, said that he is confident that INTIX will be a real game-changer for events in the UK, noting “we empower events with the tools they need to improve efficiency, increase value for money, and better understand the full customer experience and journey.
“I am thrilled to be appointed in the role and am confident that INTIX will soon be just as well known in UK sport as it is in Australia.”
Going on to say that he is excited to see the continued rapid growth of INTIX as they further expand into more global markets, Grant added “by opening our office in London, we will be able to support more companies with the best possible ticketing solution and fan experience for their events.
“We are confident that Damien’s leadership and expertise will be instrumental in further strengthening our position in the UK market and exceeding our customers' expectations. I will be heading to the UK in April to meet with current and future clients and ensure our new operations are set up to the high standard we hold ourselves to.”
