Leading industry speakers to address Money in Sport

Leading sport business professionals and high-profile industry identities have been confirmed as speakers at the upcoming Money in Sport conference being staged on the Gold Coast in November.
Max Markson, Australia's leading PR agent and the founder of the Markson Sparks agency, will address 'How to Stand Out in a Crowd' while Australian Rugby Union Chief Executive Bill Pulver and Sydney FC Chief Executive Tony Pignata will jointly address how vision and direction from leaders influences the success of an organisation.
With high level speakers carefully selected to represent all parts of the industry, from league and association representatives, club executives, brand marketers, government departments, sponsorship specialists, major event managers and promoters, delegates at Money in Sport can acquire an acute understanding of how and why decisions are made and the process undertaken to arrive at any conclusion.
This second Money in Sport conference follows the success of the first event at Melbourne's Etihad Stadium in March 2015.
Attracting senior figures from some of the biggest brands in Australian and world sport, Money In Sport aims to unite industry leaders and brand marketers to address best practices and emerging trends in sport marketing.
Another key session, ‘Planning for Success’ will be addressed by controversial AFL football manager Ricky Nixon and Paul Pamenter, General Manager, Commercial Operations & Business Development, Gold Coast Suns.
Nixon, the first super-agent in Australian sport, paved the way for million dollar deals with his Club 10 team of players including Gary Ablett, Jason Dunstall, Wayne Carey and Tony Lockett.
His address will see him reveal secrets about negotiation, intellectual property, managing players and more.
Organised by the Tribal Sports Group, the second Money In Sport conference will be held at Jupiters Hotel and Casino, Broadbeach on 17th and 18th November.
