New online surf coaching platform launched in Victoria

A recently launched online surf coaching platform, Surf Better Now will now help surfers around Victoria to improve their surfing.
Created by Surfing Victoria, Surf Better Now is an online coaching website that is designed to provide technical and mental solutions to accelerate the development of all surfers, with a specific focus on developing both aspiring and recreational Victorian surfers to reach their full potential.
Surfing Victoria Chief Executive and former professional surfer Adam Robertson advised: “It’s amazing to finally see this project come to fruition. The team have worked on this for the last 18 months and we are really proud of the product, and happy to be able to offer more to our members.
“We are excited to launch this website, and excited to make further developments to the site improving the opportunities for all surfers in future.”
This website is designed to capture the knowledge and resources developed by the Surfing Victoria Coaching Team and deliver it in a clear and simple manner.
Surfers who have been part of Surfing Victoria Performance Division include Nikki van Dijk, India Robinson, Xavier Huxtable, Joe Van Dijk, Codie Jeffery, Willis Droomer, Kobie Enright, Isabella Nichols and more.
Top Australian junior Xavier Huxtable added: "Working with Robbo and the Surfing Victoria team has been such a privilege over the past few years.
"He has an amazing amount of knowledge after surfing professionally for so many years and has allowed me to take my surfing to the next level.
"The site is sick! It is essentially like being able to access the minds of some amazing surf coaches at any time. It will be epic for all surfers regardless of your age or skill."
Website subscriptions are now open for purchase with levels available based on the surfers skill level. The first 3 levels are free to the public with subscription tiers starting at $29 for Surfing Victoria members and $49 for non-members.
