New software aids in the management of school based swimming lessons
Software provider GreeneDesk has announced the upcoming release of their latest software module which is designed specifically for the management of school based swimming lessons.
The SwimDesk’s school’s lessons module is the first software to specifically focus on school based lessons and has been designed to cut down the administration time of managing these programs.
GreeneDesk’s popular swimming lesson software for improving communication with parents, SwimDesk, has been adopted by many of the nation’s best known learn to swim providers and leisure centres and with a greater push to introduce compulsory swimming lessons for school students, this new solution promises to be equally as popular.
Announcing the release, GreeneDesk representative Lane Harrison stated “we know a lot of our clients struggle with the administration time required to manage school lessons.
“A lot of centres are still using pen and paper processes for managing school lessons such as writing out class sheets, editing those class sheets, writing certificates etc. which is time consuming and tedious.
“The SwimDesk schools program digitises and automates a lot of these processes so a lot less time and staffing resources have to be spent on managing school based lessons.”
The program also helps swim schools provide schools and parents with feedback about how their children are progressing via an online parent portal which highlight what skills a child has successfully acquired as well as those that require further development.
Harrison added “we hope the program translates to time and resources savings for swim schools which allow them to serve more schools and so more students can learn water safety and how to swim.”
The SwimDesk schools module will be launched and available for swim schools as of Monday 1st February.
