NFL partners with NEXTVR to offer virtual sport experience

The USA's National Football League (NFL) has partnered with virtual reality broadcasting company NextVR to provide content for fans worldwide.
The free content will be available domestically in Australia and New Zealand through NextVR’s app and covers three regular-season games which began with yesterday’s clash between San Francisco 49er’s and Arizona Cardinals, as well as New York Giants’ games against the Chicago Bears and Cleveland Browns later in the month.
The 10 minute-long videos will include virtual reality game highlights with expert commentary, to be made available shortly after each game.
The deal comes a week after the NFL announced their partnership with Google to release a nine-part virtual reality series showcasing behind-the-scenes content about the lives of players, coaches and executives.
