Recreation bookings and registrations made easy with Envibe
The management of aquatic, recreation and sport centres is set to be made easier following the launch of the new Envibe leisure management software.
Launched at the Australian Fitness & Health Expo in Melbourne at the weekend, the software, developed by leading enterprise software provider Jonas Leisure, streamlines the customer-facing processes for staff managing members, bookings, courses and admissions at aquatic, recreation and sport centres in Australia and New Zealand.
Jonas Leisure General Manager Mike Henton said Envibe software was head and shoulders above other similar software systems, using the latest technology with a look that will be familiar to Windows 8 users.
Henton explained “this is a much faster and more user friendly leisure management system than anything else on the market.
“Tasks that would take staff multiple clicks on other systems take just one on Envibe.
“It also makes signing up easier for the customer, whether it’s for a session at the local aquatic facility, a booking at the recreation centre, or reserving a council park for a wedding ceremony.”
Henton said Envibe offered all of the features expected from a leading leisure management software solution, including tools to assist with management of members, bookings, group fitness, courses, admissions, and reporting tools to help managers monitor the performance of their business.
The new modern technology platform makes Envibe highly configurable, allowing it to meet the specific needs of different sites and customers.
Henton concluded “at the end of the day, empowering simplicity and making it easier for staff to proactively manage their facilities is what Envibe is all about.”
Envibe is a sister product to Jonas Leisure’s other facility mangement programs, Centaman and Gladstone MRM.
