Seminar to expand understanding of football surface management issues

The Sport Turf Association's NSW Branch is to hold a Football Surface Forum to offer information, support and some great tips on maintaining a football surface at any level of the game.
Suitable for turf managers looking after council fields, schools, stadiums as well as football club managers who want to learn more about what it takes to get a quality surface for their club, the event is being held at Football NSW’s recently redevelopment headquarters at Valentine Sports Park in Western Sydney.
This event also aims to equip football clubs and associations with a better understanding of what it takes to maintain a football surface and build better relationships with their turf managers.
Football NSW's $16 million redevelopment of Valentine Sports Park has seen the installation of two new all-weather artificial turf football pitches, a new natural turf surface, as well as a complete upgrade of the facility’s Futsal courts, allowing for football to be played in all weather conditions, both indoor or outdoor.
The Football Surface Forum is being held on Wednesday 25th March 2015.
