Aquatic, fitness and squash facility Solid Energy Centre in Westport, on New Zealand's West Coast, has upgraded the management of their membership, Point of Sale, entry and payment processing systems.

Centre Manager Glenn Irving explains "we wanted to enhance our service culture to our community and as we ended the contract period with our previous software supplier, IntelliLeisure were able to make the changes we needed at short notice. It was important to go live before our existing provider insisted on substantial payments if we delayed that process.

"We ran a competitive selection process, and concluded that intelliLeisure had the right combination of software, skilled staff, and support hours that matched our requirements. We were also impressed with improved payment processing capabilities, and the level of integration through Ezidebit is impressive.

"As a community resource with swim school, squash and a fitness facility we rely on having a long term provider with modern technology and the ability to work with us in a relatively remote environment. We have the same requirements as big city complexes, but on a smaller scale.
