SPORTENG launch Brisbane office headed by Marke Jennings-Temple

Melbourne-based sport consulting engineers, SPORTENG have opened up a second office in Brisbane.
The northern location will be led by Dr Marke Jennings-Temple, formerly STRI’s Director of Operations in the Asia-Pacific region.
The Fortitude Valley office will strengthen the SPORTENG presence in Queensland and extend their reach into NSW while also providing a launching pad into the Asian and New Zealand markets. Crucially, it will give clients greater access to their team, enabling a more responsive approach on the ground, particularly during project construction phases.
Jennings-Temple brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of natural and synthetic turf projects including policy, strategy, design, construction and maintenance to the SPORTENG team. His extensive knowledge relating to playing quality of sports surfaces has seen him work in numerous countries, including England, New Zealand, Australia, Brazil, China, Korea, Papua New Guinea and Canada. These projects have ranged from school and council fields to training and match venues for domestic tournaments, World Cups and the Olympics.
Transformation has been in the works for a while with the appointment of Dean Holden as General Manager in January.
SPORTENG’s staff numbers have grown to 15, representing significant growth from when Jarrod Hill and Gray Canning started the business in 2014.
The ‘field of play’ design consultants are extremely proud of their development and look forward to the next phase of growth.
