IMG's Sports Technology Group (IMG STG) and Pont 3, have formed a new partnership that will see IMG STG provide event online registration services for a range of prominent events including the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival.

Pont 3 will be one of the first companies to take advantage of IMG STG's enhanced event registration platform, Eventdesq, which is now the class-leading software to simplify and improve the payment and registration process of mass participation events.

Pont 3 Director and Race Director of the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival, Wayne Larden, says the decision to work with IMG STG is a step forward, stating "we are excited at the potential of working with a locally based team that have successfully partnered with the many locally based sporting associations and events."

The implementation process is now well underway with Pont 3's first event, the Men's Health Urbanathlon, which will be open for registrations from 12th December at www.urbanathlon.com.au . Further events, including the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival, will be set up on the IMG STG platform in the near future.

Pont 3 conduct a range of corporate events with a key focus on aligning the strategy of corporate supporters with the operational element of events. Pont 3's marquee event is the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival which will be held next year on Sunday 16th September with entries opening at in March.
