Transaction Services Group acquires Links Modular Solutions
Transaction Services Group (TSG), a global payment solutions provider, has announced another product in its stable - Links Modular Solutions, a leading software solution for leisure centres.
TSG has purchased Links Modular Solutions in its entirety and it will be included in the suite of products available to current and prospective clients.
TSG Chief Executive Craig Marshall says the business is looking forward to building on its comprehensive offering.
Marshall explains “Links Modular Solutions is the leader in the leisure facility management software market.
“It is complementary to Clubware, our leading gym management software, and meets the increasing demand we’re seeing for this type of solution.
“The addition of Links Modular Solutions will see TSG seamlessly integrate its Debitsuccess billing platform into the Links software, providing leisure centres with a full service direct debit solution.”
Links Modular Solutions joint Chief Executives Don Hartley and Nick Ciccarelli will remain working in the business and are excited by the future opportunities available to their clients and staff.
Hartley explained “we aim to provide the leisure industry with the most helpful and reliable interactive leisure facility management software
“Under the TSG umbrella, this will now be available to an even wider range of organisations and will also enable us to provide additional features to our existing clientele.”
TSG comprises Debitsuccess in Australia, New Zealand and the United States, FFA PaySmart in Australia, and DFC and Harlands Group in the United Kingdom.
