Venue Safety and Security Exchange returns for 2025

The organisers of Venue Safety and Security Exchange (VSX) have advised that its 2025 edition will be held on Wednesday 23rd July at the Australian Turf Club, Royal Randwick.
The 2025 VSX program will feature more than a dozen industry-leading speakers including Joe Falzon from AFL, Bea Tomlin of Beaspoke Safety - a respected safety expert for major events, Roderick van Gelder a leading Crowd Science expert and trainer, Harry Kotsinadelis Head of Security for Melbourne Olympic Parks and Lucinda Cook from Venues NSW.
VSX 2025 will also feature an insightful discussion panel and a vibrant exhibition space hosting more than 30 of the most relevant and innovative exhibitors relevant to the venue and event sector.
The event will again feature Michael Croaker of Village Roadshow Theme Parks as master of ceremonies.
Bringing a global perspective on venue safety and security, VSX 2025 will also include international guest speaker Sarah Mathers, Head of International Security at the NBA (National Basketball Association).
The day will be complemented by premium catering and service delivered by the Australian Turf Club team, and will conclude with a networking reception including food and beverages.
