World class coaches and athletes to share their experiences online

Offering participants the opportunity to learn from some of the world's most talented and successful coaches, the seventh edition of the University of Queensland's annual Evolution of the Athlete Conference is moving to an innovative online format.
Launching next week, the conference will present 10 world-class speakers over five days, with two live, interactive sessions showcased each day. Each speaker will present their session and then give delegates the opportunity to ask questions relating to the latest techniques in coaching and athlete preparation.
Delegates can also review the presentations in their own time as once the sessions are complete, access to the video recording of the presentation will be available.
The Evolution of the Athlete conference offers participants the opportunity to learn from some of the world's most talented and successful coaches, athletes and sports industry professionals with conference speakers sharing their knowledge, experience and philosophies on coaching and how they establish their coaching principles.
With many coaching conferences focussed on technical skill development, this conference aims to develop the soft skills of coaching, including:

The UQ Sport Academy hosts a series of seminars and a one-day conference - offering teachers, industry professionals, coaches, students and athletes the opportunity to learn from experts in the fields of strength and conditioning, training, sports psychology, sports science, recovery and fatigue.
Through its alignment with The School of Human Movement Studies, the Academy is able to attract a range of presenters who are highly regarded in their field to ensure participants are receiving the best possible information and strategies to improve their skills.
