YMCA Confirms LMS as preferred Australian supplier
After testing various other programs, the YMCA of Sydney is to install Links Modular Solutions as their preferred facility management software in their aquatic, recreation and sport facilities.
The move brings the YMCA of Sydney in line with the YMCA of Perth, YMCA of Brisbane and the YMCA of Adelaide in using Links Modular Solutions for a centralised management solution.
Combined, the YMCAs will now offer a centralised database to assist in their state-wide reporting, marketing and facility management which will provide the YMCA the opportunity to offer reciprocal rights across Australia.
Each of the States will also roll out LMS products to new sites over the course of 2008 thanks to a project plan designed by LMS in consultation with the YMCA.
LMS Project Manager Michaela Kmetko, formerly a YMCA of Victoria employee, has utilised her knowledge of the YMCA operations to ensure a smooth roll out across the states.
The YMCA is Australia's largest provider of recreation services with 378 centres providing leisure opportunities to over 500,000 Australians every week.
