Box Altitude expands in New Zealand

Box Altitude expands in New Zealand
October 13, 2018

Expanding its international footprint, Box Altitude has launched its affordable altitude training product in the New Zealand market.

With a showroom now located at Kiwi Velo in Auckland, Gordon Bearman will head up the distribution for New Zealand as part of the planned rollout of the Box Altitude product.

Announcing the expansion, Box Altitude Director, Rico Rogers stated “our focus is about providing value, constantly thinking of how we can have the best product offering and reach for our existing and future clients.

“2018 has been a significant expansion year as we implement our latest technology and continue to grow and expand. We are seeing a significant increase in the interest beyond the athlete level, as more of the general public are starting to recognise the health benefits from both a training and sleeping perspective.”

Box Altitude was founded by Rogers, an ex-professional cyclist. Racing professionally for 10 years, he used altitude training & altitude sleep systems throughout his career to enhance his performance, and as a result achieved great results as a sprinter.

Upon retiring from cycling he noticed a gap in the altitude market, and sought to create his own innovative products that would make altitude systems both affordable, comfortable, and more accessible to the masses.
