Vivaticket announces links with AI experience platform Tailoor

Ticketing and access control solution provider Vivaticket has announced a collaboration with Tailoor, a ‘phygital’ 3D AI platform that specialises in experience personalisation and product configuration.

The partnership seeks to create a unique and customised user experience which begins at the moment of ticket purchase, rather than on the day of the event.

Premium, phygital, and wearable products and services will be available directly after booking via an emailed link. These will be completely customisable and enhanced with a variety of exclusive services.

Explaining that the users will now be able to create customised merchandise from the time when they purchase the ticket, Vivaticket Chief Executive, Silvano Taiani advised “this agreement with Tailoor marks a new milestone for our company.

“At Vivaticket, we are committed to taking the user experience to the next level by integrating personalised solutions that go beyond ticket purchasing. With these new solutions, we can offer audiences new ways to engage with events in an industry that increasingly demands comprehensive services, creating unique experiences that truly make a difference.

“We are confident that this is just the beginning of a series of innovations that will transform the way people interact with events.”

This collaboration combines innovation and personalisation to transform how users interact with events and entertainment. It cements Vivaticket’s position as a leader in ticket sales, and advances Tailoor’s mission to enhance and enable the uniqueness of every individual.

Upon receiving their ticket confirmation, users will get a link that allows them to configure their merchandise in real time, turning a simple purchase into a personalised experience that begins well before the event.”

Vivaticket has this year announced its expansion into the UAE, growing its reach beyond its successful platforms in Italy, France and Spain.

As part of this milestone, the company is the exclusive ticketing partner for the Ras Al Khaimah Art 2025 Festival.
