Jonas Leisure names Alissa Lim as General Manager

Jonas Leisure has appointed Alissa Lim as General Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of its business across Australia and New Zealand.

The move will ensure continuity and leadership for the leading leisure management software provider following the appointment of Chief Executive Mike Henton to Jonas Software Portfolio Manager.

In his new role, Henton will be Chief Executive of hair and beauty software specialists Kitomba, in addition to Jonas Leisure and marina management software solutions business Pacsoft.

Explaining that Lim’s promotion to General Manager would add “fresh energy and firepower” to Jonas Leisure’s management team, Henton advised “we pride ourselves on providing outstanding support and customer service, and I’m confident Alissa’s talent and in-depth knowledge of our industry will build on this legacy.”

Lim joined Jonas Leisure in 2011 as a customer support consultant for its Gladstone MRM brand. In the time since she has served in a variety of roles across the wider Jonas Software business - including as Operations Manager for customer experience software providers TRP, and most recently as Operations Manager for Jonas Leisure.

Welcoming her new role, Lim stated “I’m delighted to be leading our dedicated team into the new year.

“Our leisure industry clients are doing amazing work across Australia and New Zealand and I’m looking forward to working alongside our team to help them build on their success in 2021.”

Lim addvised that the year ahead would see a range of exciting developments for customers, including enhancements to Envibe and other key Jonas Leisure software solutions, and simplification of the onboarding process to make shifting to Jonas Leisure even easier.
