NRL’s Bulldogs to use EngageRM to streamline corporate services
April 12, 2022

The NRL’s Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs has signed sports and entertainment technology specialist EngageRM as a partner.

As part of the three-year deal the club will use its suite of business technologies to combine its operations, fulfilment and sales management applications into a single, connected platform.

Powered by the state-of-the-art EngageRM system, the Bulldogs can now combine operations, fulfilment and sales management into a single, connected platform. This will transform the services provided to the club’s corporate and premium customers.

Additionally, the platform will provide the Bulldogs’ corporate partners and clients with an enhanced experience across their home stadiums, allowing them to maximize and deliver a robust digital offering to their customers.

The EngageRM platform will provide the Bulldogs with a data-driven omnichannel solution - built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 - which combines CRM, automation, and data analytics to provide them with a true, single view of their customer.

Explaining that the club aims to adopt the platform throughout the club’s commercial structure, Bulldogs Head of Partnerships, Stuart Martin commented “this exciting partnership will transform our corporate and commercial offerings through the integration of a platform that is at the head of its field from a company who are constantly pushing the boundaries of what they can offer.

“We are looking forward to working with the EngageRM team to initially transform our corporate and partnerships offering with the end goal of adopting the platform throughout our entire business. Through this, we can deliver a world class experience to all facets of our club and drive better engagement to build a happier and more loyal fan base who are excited to engage with the Bulldogs’ brand.”

EngageRM Commercial Director, Tim Barber stated “everyone at EngageRM is thrilled to partner with the Bulldogs, a team we both respect and admire.

“To be able to expand our offering to another NRL club is a great achievement for us and we look forward to working with the Bulldogs to see their corporate services offering become one of the best in the league.”

The Bulldogs become the third NRL team to sign with EngageRM, joining partners in Australia, US and UK markets, including the LA Clippers and LA Lakers, as well as Co-op Live in Manchester.
