Stack Sports partners with AFL to deliver eCommerce solutions

Stack Sports has now partnered with 14 of the 18 AFL professional clubs to deliver world-leading eCommerce solutions.
Having been partnered with the AFL and a number of sporting professional teams over many years, Stack Sports has relaunched its eCommerce offer and expanded its provision from eight to 14 AFL clubs.
In addition to the online shops, Stack is continuing to work with the clubs and the AFL to provide an official online auction platform for fundraising and charitable Foundations.
Stack Sports is now an Elite Level partner of industry leading SaaS eCommerce platform, BigCommerce. This partnership and platform provide AFL clubs vendor flexibility and state of the art technology to help them proactively grow their sales.
Stack Sports provides digital solutions to National Sporting Organisations (NSO’s), State Sporting Organisations, Associations, Clubs (Grassroots and Professional), and Leisure centres across key regions in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Stack Sports, Director of Digital (APAC/EMEA), Anthony Richardson advised that “in addition to working with more AFL clubs, we are particularly proud that our offering allows each club the opportunity to retain a larger share of their sales from their official online store.”
10 clubs have already launched their new eCommerce online shops, with four more clubs planning to launch their new offering prior to Christmas. The AFL clubs now using Stack Sports’ new eCommerce include Brisbane Lions, Carlton, Collingwood, Essendon, Fremantle, Geelong, Hawthorn, Melbourne, North Melbourne, Richmond, St. Kilda, Sydney Swans, West Coast Eagles and Western Bulldogs.
With a number of other professional teams across multiple sports signed up to launch in the coming weeks, Stack Sports looks forward to continued growth in the eCommerce space across the remainder of 2019 and the future.
